RAM ENGINEERING, a four decade old company is the dealer for Honeycomb boards from Nidajet, France for Waterjet cutting applications.

What is Nidajet Honeycomb Boards?

Honeycomb boards from Nidajet, France are made of Polypropylene film and Polyester non-woven layers that are placed on the table of the Waterjet grate to hold work parts and prevent splash back.

Nidajet Honeycomb boards are designed to improve production with the following salient features:

  •  Easy Installation onto the machine grate.
  • Securing parts to be cut- Parts can be easily secured on the board using screws and washers.
  • Precision cutting- Once part is secured, the board provides stability to the part throughout the cutting cycle.
  • Made from 50% recycled material, the board is fully recyclable, repairable and reusable on both sides.

Nidajet Honeycomb boards are available in the following sizes:

  • 2500mm X 1220mm
  • 1200mm X 800mm

Nidajet 40 mm and Nidajet 60mm Thickness boards are designed for water only cutting of soft material such as Rubber, Gaskets, Fabric, Foam etc.

Nidajet 60HP and Nidajet 100HP Thickness boards are designed for Abrasive cutting for hard materials such as Stone, Granite, Glass, Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel. 

Aerospace material such as Titanium, Inconnel etc.
