NIDAJET (Honey Comb Boards)
Nidajet is a high-performance polypropylene honeycomb board designed specifically for waterjet cutting applications. It provides strong, stable support for raw materials, helping reduce cutting
errors, splash-back effects, and material waste. Thanks to its honeycomb structure and dual-sided polypropylene film with a polyester non-woven layer, Nidajet ensures clean, precise cuts and excellent protection for workpieces.
The boards are lightweight, easy to handle, and quick to install. They can be attached using screws, washers, glue, or traditional securing methods. Materials can be fixed to the Nidajet board before placing it on the machine, improving workflow and productivity. Once installed, the board delivers reliable stability for cutting all types of materials, from gaskets, foam, rubber, and elastomers to PVC, copper, aluminium, and steel.
Nidajet is available in standard sizes 2500×1220 mm and 1200×800 mm, with thicknesses from 40 mm to 100 mm and densities suited for water-only or abrasive cutting. The boards are durable, reusable on both sides, repairable, and made with 50% recycled materials, making them fully recyclable.
